creation of a commercial office in the capital of Peru.

the invasion of terrorism begins. Executives are killed, burned machines, partners leave their farms to go to cities (60 thousand killed in Peru).

Strengthening of strategic alliances. The Belgium SOS Faim NGO is added. Agreement with Adex; Pichis Palcazu project; Agreement with Bamex.

organizational and social development, with the creation of technical department, partners diversify with raising minor animals.

pioneers in certification with fair trade, organic, Naturland, Starbuck. In the growth of the organization, integral development committees are created.

the partners create the La Florida Savings and Credit Cooperative in order to serve the partners and Florida in the financial aspect.

non-clear policies of the treasury towards cooperatives damage commercial operations.
the low level of understanding and strategic support by the government with clear treasury policies (Sunat) with blocked bank accounts damage commercial activities.

coffee production falls due to rust (rust fungus) up to 70% of production.

in the middle of the year a new adventure begins, with re-structuring and digitalization process to strengthen the relationship between customers and producers, generating greater value.
